Job summary

ccmcnet is seeking a Clubhouse Team Lead to oversee staff, manage administrative operations, and coordinate with the Clubhouse Committee and Property Manager. The role emphasizes program delivery, budgeting, vendor management, and ensuring service levels align with HOA rules.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, approving invoices, managing communications, and maintaining SOPs and calendars for club facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of administrative, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• HOA/community association experience preferred. Key competencies include customer service excellence, communication & relationship management, organization & prioritization, attention to detail, problem solving, accountability, time management and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Create, delegate, and close action items; manage and approve invoices; ensure bids for charges over $1000; budget and run reports from financial systems.
• Approve group activities and rentals per rules and fee schedule; handle owner, member and guest issues; respond to emergencies and communications; manage petty cash and debit cards.
• Hire, train and schedule Clubhouse Staff in consultation with the Clubhouse Committee; identify and manage vendors within budget; maintain SOPs and calendars.
• Prepare reports and newsletters for Clubhouse members; maintain data for Owners, Members, Tenants and Guests; manage access control and vendor databases.
