Job summary

Summit Clubhouse is seeking a Clubhouse Director in Mount Pleasant, MI. The role involves clinical and administrative supervision of clubhouse staff, coordinating daily programs, and ensuring services align with accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Health or Human Services is required.
• LLMSW or LMSW license is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Clubhouse experience preferred; three-week clubhouse training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision of clubhouse staff and supervise daily program operations.
• Lead and participate on the Clubhouse Advisory Board and build community partnerships.
• Provide psycho-social rehabilitation (PSR) services to members including symptom identification and skills development.
• Coordinate social/recreational and on-site vocational services; ensure member participation in all clubhouse operations.
• Ensure accreditation through Clubhouse International and manage documentation and reporting.
