Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Possess a bachelor’s degree in human services with a major relevant to psychosocial programming.
• Experience: Three years of professional experience with persons with mental illness with one year as a supervisor responsible for supervising a mental health program.
• Other: Lived experiences with behavioral health issues are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to staff and members and ensure adherence to Clubhouse standards.
• Assists in recruitment and hiring of staff and supervises all Clubhouse staff.
• Manages day-to-day operation and budget, and ensures timely reporting and compliance.
• Coordinates development of transitional employment and PSR services.
• Coordinates training to uphold Clubhouse Standards and psychosocial rehabilitation principles.
