Qualifications

• High School Diploma; related field degree preferred.
• Over the age of twenty-one.
• Experience with adults with psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote a supportive, inclusive, stigma-free environment for Clubhouse members.
• Learn and support roles of various Clubhouse units and cover as needed.
• Attend holidays, evenings, weekends, and special events to support member services and standards.
• Attend trainings, with possible out-of-state travel, and document progress for agency requirements.
• Assist members and staff with employment placement, assessments, and training.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations to engage members in community projects.
