Job summary

Associa Sierra North in Reno, Nevada is seeking a part-time Concierge to warmly greet homeowners and guests, route inquiries, and support daily operations at the Clubhouse.

This role supports front desk duties, handles visitor registration, assists with event reservations and payments, and helps maintain a welcoming, safe environment. Strong communication and MS Office skills are valued; HS diploma required; 0-3 years experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
• Professional customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of directly related or closely related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Clubhouse for open hours; unlocking facility amenities, prepare coffee and tea station.
• Welcome homeowners and their guests to the Clubhouse; answer questions; register visitors and issue visitor tags as required; accept phone calls, event reservations, payments for HOA assessments and event fees.
• Accept and issue receipts as requested for homeowner payments.
• Ensure the conference rooms are neat and tidy at all times (assist with clean up as necessary).
• Accept package delivery and advise recipient when delivered packages are received at the reception area.
• Perform various administrative/managerial tasks in support of facility's mission.
• Follows and enforces all community safety and security policies, programs, procedures and rules, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
