Associa is seeking a part-time Concierge at a gorgeous active living community in Reno, Nevada. You will greet homeowners and guests, direct visitors, and assist with event reservations and HOA payments, providing courteous service daily.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with strong communication and time-management skills, comfortable using Microsoft Office, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clubhouse environment. Approximately 32 hours/week, with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet homeowners and guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Direct visitors and announce to staff with required details.
• Register visitors and issue visitor tags as needed.
• Assist with event reservations and HOA payments.
• Maintain conference rooms and assist with packages.
• Support administrative tasks for clubhouse operations.
