PeopleAdmin, Inc. is seeking a Club Sports Game Day Operations Assistant to support campus club sports competitions. This student role involves assisting staff, ensuring waivers are signed, and serving as a point of contact for referees.

Hours are 2-8 per week, primarily Saturdays and Sundays, and on-site at Jake Nevin Field House. Work-study preferred but open to all students; compensation is $13/hour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the visiting team waiver is signed.
• Coordinate with athletic facilities on facilities/equipment issues.
• Serve as main contact for referees and game-day staff (VEMS, EMTs).
• Monitor spectators.
• Submit a brief post-event report to the club sport director after each event.
