VMCH is seeking a Club Services Coordinator to create a warm, person-centered experience for residents, families and visitors. You will coordinate engaging club services, promote new offerings and work with care teams to ensure services align with individual care plans.

You will build strong relationships with residents, families and external providers, identifying opportunities to enhance participation and overall quality of life. A compassionate, team-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, hospitality, customer experience, sales or a related role.
• An understanding of person-centred care and the needs of older people, including people living with dementia.
• A customer-focused and commercially minded approach, with the confidence to promote and grow service offerings in a way that is aligned with residents' needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to support high-quality service delivery.

About the Role

As the Club Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating an inclusive and vibrant community for our residents.

Working closely with our internal teams, you will coordinate and deliver engaging club services programs and services that reflect the interests and preferences of our residents, You will be proactively promoting available services, identifying opportunities to increase participation and driving sustainable service uptake that enhances the overall resident experience.

This is a diverse role that combines customer experience, lifestyle coordination and the development of new service offerings, with strong relationship management being key to success.
