Estia Health is seeking an Administration & Rostering support role to help ensure smooth daily operations across our aged care homes. You will collaborate with the Residential Aged Care Manager and site teams to keep rosters accurate and timely.
Key duties include assisting with staff recruitment, onboarding, and providing frontline service to residents, families, and staff. A background in Business Administration and strong data skills will help you excel in a fast-paced environment.
