VMCH seeks a Club Services Coordinator to build an inclusive, vibrant community for residents. You will plan, coordinate and deliver engaging club services that reflect residents' interests and wellbeing.

You will promote new and existing services, drive participation, and collaborate with care teams to tailor offerings to individual needs, sustaining quality of life for older adults.

Qualifications

• Must understand person-centred care and the needs of older people, including dementia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming resident experience and coordinate club services activities.
• Promote and grow uptake of services that enhance quality of life.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of programs, including scheduling and resources.
• Work with care teams to align lifestyle programs with individual resident needs.
• Manage external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
