Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly, energetic server to provide exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests promptly, memorably introduce yourself, and demonstrate menu knowledge to upsell appetizers, entrees, and desserts.

You will take orders accurately, serve food and beverages with courtesy, handle payments, and maintain a spotless dining area. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude in Topeka, KS.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol where required.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of seating and work in a team.
• Introduce yourself, present menu knowledge, and upsell items.
• Serve food and drinks courteously and accurately to guests.
• Provide responsible alcohol service per policies and laws.
• Enter orders promptly to the terminal following guidelines.
• Assist with seating and answer phones when hosts are unavailable.
• Bus tables, run food, and perform side work as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, floors, restrooms, and exits.
• Process payments accurately and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Close the shift with a sincere farewell and invite guests to return.
