Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking enthusiastic Servers to deliver prompt, courteous food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment, taking orders, serving guests, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, English fluency, a team player attitude, the ability to upsell, and 3+ years of high-volume serving experience. Flexibility in hours and stamina for long shifts are important.

Qualifications

• 3+ years serving in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Must be fluent in English and communicate clearly with guests and co-workers.
• Must be able to upsell and drive revenue.
• Flexible working hours.
• Must stand for extended periods and handle tasks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous food & beverage service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and reset tables according to standard.
• Assist management by performing duties as assigned and ensuring guest satisfaction.
