Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist management with supervision by assigning duties and guiding associates.
Maintain facility safety and handle hazardous materials per policy.
Oversee Sams Club ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club) and resolve customer feedback.
Execute Club Pickup plan, update operations with KPIs, and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
Provide member service, assist with self-service technology and guide purchasing decisions.
Ensure sales floor upkeep, merchandising, pricing, and inventory integrity.
Oversee picking and staging of club pickup orders and ensure proper selection per policy.
Develop and implement processes to meet business needs in collaboration with management.
Promote compliance with policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.
