Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Arvada, CO is seeking a hard-working supervisor to assist management in guiding associates and sustaining daily club operations. You will help with task assignments, safety checks, and supporting our Sams Club ecommerce programs, including Club Pickup and Ship From Club.

You will audit customer feedback, resolve member issues, and foster a team culture that delivers accurate orders and responsive service. Experience in supervision and a focus on safety are preferred.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assign duties.
• Maintain safety of the facility and conduct safety sweeps.
• Oversee ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club) and audit online feedback.
• Resolve member issues and escalate unresolved problems to management.
• Lead and participate in teams to meet timelines and quality.
