Bay Padel, the Bay Area’s fastest-growing padel and racket sports club, is expanding in Marina del Rey, Los Angeles. The Club Manager will own day-to-day operations, including facility quality, front desk performance, member experience, events, and cost control across padel, pickleball, and fitness.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll partner with Head Coaches and the VP of Operations & Sports to drive program decisions, improve processes, and elevate the member experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to manage a club or facility operations with a focus on experience and revenue.
• Experience planning and executing events, leagues, and tournaments.
• Comfortable leading diverse teams and coaching staff to deliver service standards.
• Ability to manage P&L and control costs while maintaining high member satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Own the club's P&L; monitor revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Drive revenue growth and cost reduction through performance analysis.
• Project manage events, tournaments, leagues, and activations with marketing input.
• Oversee front desk staffing, training, and service standards.
• Maintain facility operations, safety, and maintenance within budget.
• Collaborate with coaches, marketing, and VP of Operations to align programming.
