Job summary

Bay Padel is hiring an Events & Partnerships Manager to own the events and brand partnerships strategy for the Bay Area clubs. This hands-on, on-site role involves running events, negotiating vendors, and closing brand deals to drive member engagement and revenue across four clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in events, partnerships, or brand management.
• Proven track record planning and executing in-person events.
• Experience negotiating with vendors or brands.
• Comfortable owning a budget and being measured against revenue targets.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of in-house events in the Bay Area: concept, budget, vendor sourcing, logistics, day-of execution, and post-event recap.
• Set a clear goal for every event in partnership with the marketing team and be accountable for hitting it.
• Manage vendor relationships end to end: sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and on-site coordination.
• Act as event host for large private events, such as corporate events, greeting guests and representing Bay Padel on-site.
• Identify, pitch, and close brand partnerships that fit Bay Padel's positioning, for events and ongoing relationships.
• Manage partnerships at the company level across all four clubs, not just Sunnyvale and San Jose.
• Bring sponsorship opportunities to the VP of Marketing and Strategy for joint evaluation before closing.
• Set revenue expectation for each event with the VP of Marketing and Strategy and build budgets against that target.
• Track spend against budget and report ROI per event.
• Collaborate with marketing to align event goals with growth campaigns and with operations to run smooth events.
