Job summary

Crunch, LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager in Wilmington, NC to help lead daily club operations and ensure exceptional member service. This full-time, salaried exempt role reports to the General Manager and oversees front desk, housekeeping, and Kid's Crunch staff.

Hours are posted weekly and may adapt to sales goals and community events. The ideal candidate manages revenue, controls accounts, coordinates with Personal Training and Group Fitness, and maintains clean, safe facilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve target revenue goals through leadership and motivation of employees
• Daily past due account collections and calls
• Monitor flagged check-ins to increase revenue and collections
• Conduct tours and telephone inquiries for prospective members
• Train and supervise the front desk, housekeeping, and Kid's Crunch staff
• Coordinate and work with other departments, including Personal Training and Group Fitness
• Promote a professional and inviting environment that enhances the quality of service and care offered to members
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies
• Assist with multiple aspects of inventory management, payroll, weekly bank deposits, shift coverage, and general club maintenance
• Ensure the club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security
• Other duties as assigned
