Job summary

Fitness Connection in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee club operations, lead the Connection Specialist and Kids Club teams, and ensure a pristine facility and outstanding member experience.

You will drive daily, weekly and monthly operational standards, coach a high-performing sales and service team, coordinate scheduling, safety drills, and maintenance while maintaining strong people practices. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.
