Job summary

Fitness Connection in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the club, optimize daily tasks, and deliver a stellar member experience. You will lead the Connection Specialist and Kids Club teams, and coordinate with the Club Manager to drive performance.

The role requires HS diploma, 1+ year in operations management in fitness or service industries, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year proven experience in operations management, preferably in fitness or related service industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in using technology systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
