Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all club operations for an exceptional member experience.
• Manage hiring practices and onboarding new team members.
• Create staff schedules and ensure shifts are covered.
• Administer and process employee timecards.
• Lead the team to drive success in club priorities and KPI goals.
• Resolve escalated member concerns and assist Regional Manager.
