Job summary

A leading fitness franchise is seeking a Club Manager in Colonial Heights, Virginia, to oversee daily club operations and ensure a welcoming environment for members. Responsibilities include managing staff, administering member services, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the fitness center. Ideal candidates should possess customer service experience, leadership qualities, and a desire to inspire others within the Judgement Free Zone®. Competitive compensation of $16.10 per hour is offered, along with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all club operations to ensure exceptional member experience.
• Coordinate hiring practices and onboarding of new team members.
• Create staff schedules and ensure all shifts are covered.
• Manage expenditures and club supplies.
• Trend Key Performance Indicators and execute improvement plans.
• Resolve escalated member concerns.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the club facilities.
