Fitness Ventures LLC in Fayetteville, AR seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily club operations, foster inclusivity, and drive member satisfaction. You will support the General Manager and oversee service excellence, safety, and cleanliness.

You will mentor staff, recruit and train, and help grow memberships while delivering strong leadership and accountability in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 18 and US work eligibility.
• Leadership/management experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Lead customer service and operational excellence on a daily basis.
• Supervise, coach, motivate, and develop team members to meet club goals.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training qualified staff.
• Drive sales goals, monitor KPIs, and coach to improve conversions.
• Ensure welcoming member experience and promptly resolve concerns.
