Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Club Manager to lead operations and profitability of the club, delivering on strategic priorities, providing an exceptional member experience, and managing Team Members.

The onboarding program lasts 8–12 weeks, pairing new Club Managers with best-in-class leaders to learn best practices, connect leadership concepts to BJ’s scenarios, and build internal connections.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations.
• Strong drive for results and service to members.
• Excellent communication and leadership of large teams.

Responsibilities
