Job summary

ACAC - ATLANTIC COAST ATHLETIC CLUBS is seeking a Manager on Duty to raise the bar on service, safety, and member satisfaction. As MOD, you ensure the club runs smoothly from opening to close, while leading with calm, energy, and problem-solving.

You’ll oversee staff across departments, supervise during emergencies, enforce safety protocols, and help with tours, classes, and daily operations, all while upholding ACAC’s Five Star standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality or service roles.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Carry walkie-talkie and be ready to respond quickly.
• Conduct club walkthroughs every 90 minutes.
• Monitor the fitness floor and enforce etiquette.
• Support Kids Zone and group classes.
• Submit incident reports and assist in emergencies.
• Fill in for missing team members across departments.
• Send end-of-day MOD report.
