Job summary

Atlantic Coast Athletic Clubs, LP is seeking a Waterpark Manager on Duty (MOD) to lead safety and operations across indoor/outdoor aquatics areas. The MOD ensures Five-Star service, oversees lifeguard coverage, and responds to incidents and emergencies with decisive leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising opening/closing per checklists, conducting regular waterpark walkthroughs, reporting incidents, and supporting department teams to maintain cleanliness and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, service-based environments preferred.
• Experience handling emergency situations strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond immediately to emergencies and incidents on the pool deck.
• Maintain safety standards and lifeguard coverage across aquatics areas.
• Perform regular walkthroughs and ensure cleanliness, staffing, and policy adherence.
• Submit incident reports and required documentation.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and proper cash handling when applicable.
