You will work with the General Manager, recruit and train staff, and guide the team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and help drive club performance. This fast-paced role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail/fitness club environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the General Manager, oversee the entire operation and ensure a positive member experience and operational excellence.
• Manage and supervise all club operations in the absence of the General Manager; motivate the team to meet productivity and service goals.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training to keep the club fully staffed.
• Ensure excellent customer service by greeting members, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
