Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking an Operations Lead to partner with the General Manager and a team of Attendants and Sales & Service Advisors to deliver an outstanding member experience daily.

You will supervise staff, drive revenue through member engagement and retail, ensure a clean, safe club environment, manage resources, and act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts, modeling our service promise.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience supervising and directing work of Team Members.
• Availability and willingness to work flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR or personal training.

Responsibilities

• Drive club performance by executing daily operational standards to support budget and growth.
• Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Lead Club Attendants and Sales & Service Team Members to deliver consistent service and outcomes.
• Own member issue resolution by addressing concerns and inquiries.
• Support member retention through training and development with leadership.
