Responsibilities
- Influence and inspire a dynamic workforce across departments.
- Interview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids' club teams within brand standards.
- Perform monthly and annual staff evaluations and optimize payroll adherence.
- Monitor seasonal budgets and ordering timelines.
- Maintain exceptional customer service and safety standards for members.
- Support other departments and sales with General Manager collaboration.
