Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC in Ocean, CA is seeking an Operations Lead to support the General Manager and a team of attendants and sales/service advisors to deliver an outstanding member experience daily. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe club environment, supervising staff, addressing member concerns, and driving membership and retail revenue while serving as Manager on Duty during shifts.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with SMG 360, Power BI and Net Promoter Score required.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience supervising and directing work of Team Members.
• Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive club performance by meeting retail budget, improving IMU, and growing membership.
• Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts to oversee daily operations.
• Lead Club Attendants and Sales & Service Team Members to deliver consistent service behaviors.
• Own member issue resolution by proactively addressing concerns and inquiries.
• Assist in member retention through training and development of the Sales and Service team and Club Attendants.
• Improve club cleanliness and maintenance by monitoring routines and partnering with Facilities.
• Partner with GM to reinforce scheduling, timekeeping, dress code, and coaching.
• Manage resources and inventory, ensuring supplies and front desk materials are stocked.
