Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Club Operations Associate for our Claremont Resort & Club in Berkeley. You will host recreation activities, assist guests with reservations and information, and help maintain recreation spaces in a fast-paced, outdoor-focused environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in hotel recreation or related hospitality. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and deliver exceptional customer service with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of hotel recreation, camp or related hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Host and participate in recreation activities such as outdoor games, arts and crafts, line dancing and themed events.
• Provide enthusiastic customer service, assist guests with reservations and information.
• Set up and maintain recreation areas, monitor safety, and assist with cabana service and towel inventory.
