Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and act as a CLUB product expert. You will engage guests, promote CLUB membership, and process applications while supporting store operations and compliance.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, product knowledge, and accurate handling of CLUB accounts as part of a collaborative retail team. Part-time hours with benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Strong self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership opportunities or provide exclusive experiences to current members.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers and stay informed on advertised sales.
• Help meet store metrics and keep CLUB Booth organized and accurate inventory.
• Process CLUB payments, answer account questions, and process applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Offer peer coaching and support as CLUB advocate and representative.
• Support all store areas as needed.
