Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Minnesota is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world class service to guests and promote CLUB Membership. You will be the product expert, help with account servicing, and assist customers with CLUB applications and activations.

You will greet customers, demonstrate CLUB benefits, process payments and applications, and maintain accurate CLUB inventory and booth organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Demonstrate products and promote CLUB benefits; execute CLUB processes.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and handle CLUB applications.
• Maintain CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide a full CLUB Member experience and generate timely reports.
