Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative in unsupervised settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Process payments and assist customers with CLUB applications.
• Demonstrate products and stay informed about sales.
