Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in a part-time capacity to deliver world class customer service and promote CLUB memberships. You will serve as the product expert for CLUB processes, including activation, sales, and account questions, while maintaining compliance and accurate inventory in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will greet guests, present CLUB benefits, process applications, and provide a memorable member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor and promote CLUB membership.
• Explain CLUB benefits and process applications.
• Operate CLUB transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Provide peer coaching and support to teammates.
• Represent CLUB standards and complete reports.
