Job summary

Quail Valley Golf Club, River Club & The Pointe is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Member Billing Associate to join our team. This full-time, year-round position reports directly to the Controller and focuses on receipt posting, daily auditing, financial reporting for member accounts, and delivering high-quality customer service regarding billing inquiries.

Responsibilities include auditing daily work, posting billing adjustments, recording payments, and preparing daily bank deposits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting/finance experience is required.
• Experience in the private club industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Jonas Club Management software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily department work.
• Enter billing adjustments.
• Record member payments.
• Prepare daily bank deposits.
• Verify member dues, privilege billings, and installment plans.
• Process and distribute monthly statements via mail and email.
• Resolve member billing questions courteously.
• Collaborate with department managers and the Controller on member account research and past-due notices.
