Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all member accounts receivable.
• Research credit card merchant retrievals and chargebacks.

• Monthly statement generation and mailing.
• Manage AR aging and collections.
• Assist Real Estate with club balances for closings.
• Assist with dues reconciliation.
• Manage cash Bank.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for maintaining, controlling, and balancing the club member accounts. This position fully understands and enforces standard operating procedures relating to member billing and reporting. The Accounts Receivable Clerk supports the finance team within areas of credit reconciliation, collections, and billing. The Accounts Receivable Clerk is the key connection to the club for the members.

Essential Job Functions:

Job duties include, although are not limited to:

• Oversee All Member Accounts Receivable
• Researching and responding to credit card merchant retrievals and charge backs in a prompt manner, filing responses for future reference
• Promptly responding to inquiries daily
• Post Member Payments from bank to member accounts
• Monthly Statement generation and mailing
• Manage AR Aging and Collection
• Assist Real Estate with club balances for closings
• Assist with Dues Reconciliation
• Manage Cash Bank

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable preferred
• Excellent organizational skills required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Physical Demands:

• Performing the duties of this job. Most work tasks are performed indoors.
• Temperature is moderate and controlled by club environmental systems.
• Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours a day.
• Walking and standing are occasionally required. This position requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.
