Responsibilities

• Oversee club operations and guarantee an exceptional member experience.
• Ensure financial stability of the club and drive growth.
• Lead and develop teammates to maintain a high-energy Judgement Free Zone.
• Develop plans to drive EFT and membership growth through KPI optimization.
• Create schedules to meet labor targets and balance management support.
• Provide timely, professional responses to member service submissions.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and support ongoing training.
