Planet Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee all club operations and deliver a best-in-class Judgement Free member experience. You will hire, develop, and lead the team to meet KPI goals while fostering a supportive, engaging work environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, timekeeping, purchasing, safety, and member engagement. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and ensuring maintenance of clean, welcoming facilities in a fast-paced gym setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service experience.
• 2–3 years supervising and leading a team.
• Must be able to work over 40 hours per week.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute hiring practices and onboarding new team members.
• Create staff schedules and ensure shifts are covered; provide back-up support.
• Administer and process employee timecards in ADP.
• Manage the company card for expenditures and receipts.
• Conduct bank deposits.
• Oversee ordering of club supplies and retail products.
• Track KPIs and identify root causes; implement improvement plans.
• Ensure team is aware of marketing efforts and trained on promotions.
• Assess and assist in emergency situations.
• Set tasks and lead team members safely and efficiently.
• Coach and inspire others to provide outstanding member experiences.
• Manage team performance; provide regular feedback.
• Resolve employee concerns; coordinate with HR.
• Submit all employee changes in a timely manner.
