National Fitness Partners is seeking a Club Manager to oversee operations of one or more fitness clubs, ensuring financial and service goals are met. You will lead and develop a team of staff, maintain club standards, and drive member satisfaction in a high-energy environment.

This full-time exempt role reports to the Senior General Manager and requires strong leadership, recruitment, and problem-solving abilities to transform member experiences at our clubs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and recruit staff following NFP standards.
• Achieve monthly goals and KPIs including membership targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create welcoming environments.
• Manage payroll and scheduling with accurate timekeeping.
