The role requires managing recruitment, payroll, and training, ensuring a welcoming environment, and maintaining facility standards. Weekend and weekday coverage is expected with after-hours flexibility.

Qualifications

• Recruitment tactics, screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
• Achieve monthly goals and KPI targets (e.g., membership sales).
• Manage payroll accuracy and schedule shifts efficiently.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff as needed to maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and compliant with standards.
• Drive membership sales and achieve club goals.
• Oversee payroll, timecards, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, safe clubs and pass BER inspections.
• Lead staff development and regional meeting participation.
• Labor management and performance coaching.
