Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
• Perform front desk duties: greet members, give gym tours, answer questions.
• Support staff and club members to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a positive club image and culture.
• Coach staff performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure gym opens/closes on time and stays staffed.
• Communicate current promotional campaigns to the team.
• Complete onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and manage inventory.
