National Fitness Partners is seeking a Club Manager for a full-time, exempt role with a $50,000 annual salary. Schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays 6:45am–2:45pm, plus Monday–Wednesday 11am–7pm, with coverage duties as needed.

The Club Manager will lead all club operations under the Senior General Manager, drive member satisfaction, recruit and develop staff, and ensure KPI goals are met while maintaining a welcoming, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee club operations and staff.
• Meet monthly operational and KPI goals.
• Provide exceptional member service and support.
• Schedule coverage and manage payroll accuracy.
• Ensure club is clean, safe, and compliant.
• Lead training and development of team.
• Drive membership growth and community outreach.
