Job summary

Club Athletic is seeking a Club Manager in New York to drive member retention and deliver exceptional club experiences across sessions and events. You will balance hands-on coaching with operational leadership, ensuring consistent coaching quality and strong member relationships.

You will report to the Dual Club General Manager and help run day-to-day operations, including Mindbody and GHL systems, with a focus on growth and retention in a multi-club environment.

Qualifications

• NASM-CPT certification required.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certified.
• 2+ years coaching in group fitness/strength and conditioning.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Full-time availability with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive member retention and experience with every class and event.
• Lead community engagement and events to strengthen squad culture and attendance.
• Coach 8–10 classes per week and uphold coaching standards across the team.
• Own day-to-day club operations including scheduling, cleanliness, inventory, and reporting.
