The role includes payroll administration, scheduling, safety oversight, and contributing to marketing efforts. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead gym operations to deliver a Judgement Free member experience and drive club profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing staff including Member Service Representatives, Assistant Managers, and Trainers.
• Oversee front desk operations, member sign-ups, tours, and member inquiries.
• Manage payroll processing and staff scheduling; address issues and ensure fair discipline.
