About the role

The Club Manager will oversee gym operations to ensure an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience and a financially successful club. Responsibilities include leading a team positively, training and developing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and club safety.

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing staff.
• Oversee club operations and financial performance, including sales, scheduling, and payroll.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and facility maintenance.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Customer service experience, preferably in fitness.
• Leadership, diplomacy, and listening skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite).
• Energetic, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
• Problem-solving skills.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 or older.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking during shift.
• Talking in person or on the phone.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Potential exposure to chemicals.

This is a full-time position with typical hours from Monday to Wednesday, 9 am to 7 pm, and Thursday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Additional hours may be required. Compensation and benefits are discussed upon hiring.
