Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on Gym Manager to oversee daily gym operations and staff. You will recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees while ensuring outstanding member experiences and high service standards.

You will lead front desk activities, conduct gym tours for prospective members, resolve service issues, and supervise opening/closing procedures with a focus on cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.

Job SummaryResponsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff.Member service oversight making sure all staff is providing a great customer experience at all times.Very involved in all front desk related tasksGreat/meet potential members and provide gym tourFacilitate member service issues and questions.Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.Oversee cleanliness and appearance of gym including taking responsibility for largest section of cleaning dailyProcess weekly employee payrollManage marketing efforts.
