Job Summary

As the Club Manager, you'll own sales performance goals and new client acquisition for your facility. You’ll work with each potential client to understand their background, goals, and motivations on their health journey. You'll build trust and identify solutions to help each customer achieve a healthier life. The club manager is passionate about helping members and guests improve their lives through health and fitness. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, welcoming guests, selling memberships and training services, and leading staff to work cohesively. This role requires self-motivation, leadership, collaboration, communication, and positive influence.

Responsibilities
  • Membership + training sales: Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads into members.
  • Brand promoters: Establish relationships with local businesses and influencers, promote the brand through community outreach, and coordinate marketing campaigns.
  • Team builders: Inspire your team to foster a positive, trusting environment that encourages member engagement.
  • Day-to-day operations: Manage reports, cleanliness, and other operational tasks as needed.
  • Culture creators: Create an environment that inspires members and guests, delivering excellent customer service and positively impacting their lives.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the fitness industry is not required, but strong communication and soft skills are essential.
  • 18 years or older
  • Friendly, outgoing, and warm
  • Genuine and honest
  • Available to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)
  • Technologically savvy
  • Self-motivated
  • Good at managing time and schedules
