Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a dedicated operations supervisor to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while supporting a financially successful club. You will recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff, and manage front desk activities to deliver outstanding service.

This role requires strong customer service, communication and leadership skills, plus basic computer proficiency.

Job SummaryResponsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff.Member service oversight making sure all staff is providing a great customer experience at all times.Very involved in all front desk related tasksGreat/meet potential members and provide gym tourFacilitate member service issues and questions.Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.Oversee cleanliness and appearance of gym including taking responsibility for largest section of cleaning dailyProcess weekly employee payrollManage marketing efforts.
