Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a Gym Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead front desk tasks, conduct gym tours for prospective members, and ensure an exceptional member experience. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

The role includes payroll processing, supporting marketing efforts, and handling small expenditures as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job SummaryResponsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff.Member service oversight making sure all staff is providing a great customer experience at all times.Very involved in all front desk related tasksGreat/meet potential members and provide gym tourFacilitate member service issues and questions.Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.Oversee cleanliness and appearance of gym including taking responsibility for largest section of cleaning dailyProcess weekly employee payrollManage marketing efforts.
