Fitness Ventures LLC seeks a dedicated Janitor/Maintenance Attendant to uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment for members and staff. You will work closely with leadership to meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation while addressing maintenance needs.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented approach. Prior janitorial or facility operations experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance, or facility operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable and able to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Any certifications required by applicable state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all interior club areas.
• Keep entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds clean and presentable.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks per schedules.
• Follow cleaning protocols and sanitation standards.
• Assist members and guests courteously and escalate when needed.
• Monitor facility for safety hazards and maintenance issues; report findings.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and storage areas in a safe, organized manner.
• Support club operations and special projects as assigned.
• Demonstrate team-oriented attitude and adhere to company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
